FAQ
Parking: Daily parking is available in the day parking lots adjacent to the concert site.  Cars must be removed from parking lots within one hour of the final concert each night.  There is no overnight parking in the lots.  Daily parking is $15.00 per day.  Persons camping at Float Rite Park walk to concert site.  For persons camping at Apple River Campground  shuttle buses are available.

Box office: The box office will open daily on show dates one hour before the gates.

Will Call: A valid picture ID & the actual credit card used to place the order are required to pick-up your tickets.

Accessable seating: For special accessibility needs, please call 877-FLOAT-08 to make arrangements.  Handicap parking with valid handicap ID is available near concert gate.

You are solely responsible for the safe keeping of your camping and concert tickets.  Country Splash and the Float Rite Park Amphiltheater will not consider the replacement or reissure of your lost, stolen or forgotten tickets.  All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.  County Splash and the Float Rite Amphitheater are not responsible for personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal property.

Prohibited at Float Rite Amphiltheater:
1. All recording devices, including video cameras, digital cameras, and professional grade cameras
2. Outside food and beverage
3. Coolers
4. Glass
5. Umbrellas
6. Chaise Loungers / Upholstered furniture
7. Weapons
8. Fireworks
9. Golf carts, scooters, motorbikes, and all-terrain vehicles
10. Open fires
11. Pets of any kind

Permitted items: Lawn chairs 

Children rules: Everyone is required to purchase a ticket for the concert.

Miscellanous: All shows take place rain or shine.

There are plenty of food & beverage vendors on site.
Wisconsin law requires no one under the age of 21 to consume alcohol on the festival site, including campgrounds.
Persons engaging in unruly behavior will be immediately ejected from the concert site and campgrounds without refund.
